Hello!
I'm Sophie, a multicultural and hardworking leader dedicated to visual storytelling. A skilled video artist with work experience in French, German, Spanish and Arabic, l love transcending borders through creative media.
I graduated from Wellesley College in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art and Middle Eastern Studies. For my senior thesis I directed, edited and produced a short documentary called Planting Roots about Community Supported Agriculture.
I'm currently based in the Hudson Valley where I work as a freelance video editor for Whirligig Pictures and Fluence, a Woodstock-based pioneer in psychotherapy education. Additionally, I document local events and photograph products for natural wine store Dirty Bacchus.

Previously I've interned for French news agency Agence France-Presse, Ecuadorian media company Comidas Que Curan, and Minnesota-based Beer Dabbler.
